Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience troubleshooting production and packaging equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Strong math and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated reliability, attendance, and GMP familiarity.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Safely perform routine maintenance on production equipment, PLCs, and control systems.
• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and support equipment improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Maintain documentation of maintenance activities, repairs, audits, and inspections.
• Adhere to safety policies, GMPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in developing and improving maintenance procedures and schedules.
• Provide training and support to the maintenance team and assist with audits.
