The Maintenance Technician will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment and systems within our food manufacturing facility, with a strong electrical background and PLC experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong electrical background with PLC experience.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and diagrams.
• Good math, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Commitment to safety and GMP compliance; flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Safely perform routine installations, repairs, troubleshooting, and maintenance on production equipment, PLCs, and control systems.
• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to extend asset life and reliability.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
• Maintain documentation of maintenance activities, inspections, and regulatory compliance.
• Adhere to safety policies and participate in audits and inspections.
• Develop and improve maintenance procedures, schedules, and best practices.
• Provide training and guidance to team members and support audits.
