Job summary

Blount Fine Foods, a family-owned manufacturer of premium fresh prepared foods, is hiring for a 3rd shift maintenance position. You will perform planned PMs, emergency repairs, and equipment modifications to maintain production lines and maximize reliability.

Responsibilities include electrical troubleshooting, PLC maintenance, and adherence to GMPs, SOPs, and HACCP plans. Required are a high school diploma, trade school certification, and 6 years related experience.

Qualifications

• Must adhere to GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
• Must follow all Food Safety policies and allergen control programs.
• Excellent knowledge of industrial machine repair, measurements, and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned PMs and maintenance inspections/repairs.
• Repair equipment while line is running in a timely and efficient manner.
• Modify/fabricate equipment to improve production processes.
