Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of mechanical maintenance experience is expected.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and use computers for basic tasks.
• Experience with reading blueprints and technical drawings is preferred.
• Welding experience (stick and wire-feed) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and document work.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical equipment and machinery.
• Respond to breakdowns and perform emergency repairs to minimize downtime.
• Move, install, anchor, and align production equipment as needed.
• Inspect, lubricate, and maintain machine performance; support component fabrication.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and coordinate material needs for projects.
• Collaborate with production leaders and supervisors on equipment concerns.
• Follow safety procedures and participate in continuous improvement projects.
