Job summary
LRSolutions, LLC in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure reliability and efficiency of production equipment on the 3rd shift. This hands-on role focuses on troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and minimizing downtime to support continuous operations.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in mechanical, hydraulic and electrical maintenance in a high-volume manufacturing setting, preferably automotive.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in industrial manufacturing maintenance, mechanical, hydraulic and electrical work.
- Experience in high-volume automotive manufacturing preferred.
- Familiar with Keyence SR barcode scanners and vision sensors.
- Knowledge of safety relays, interlocks and machine safety.
Responsibilities
- Identify causes of unexpected machine breakdowns.
- Repair machines quickly and efficiently.
- Perform preventive maintenance and service on machines.
- Lubricate moving parts for optimal performance.
- Install replacement parts and document work performed.
- Maintain and organize shop areas, parts, tools and supplies.
- Assist with new or removed equipment.
- Complete reports documenting work performed.
- Follow organizational standards.
