Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a rapidly growing automotive plastics manufacturer in Grand Rapids, MI. You will troubleshoot, perform preventive maintenance, and minimize downtime to keep high-speed production running.

The role requires 3+ years in industrial maintenance, hands-on repair of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems, and experience with 24VDC sensors and 480VAC equipment. Shift is 11PM–7AM, with PTO and 401K benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in industrial manufacturing maintenance, mechanical/hydraulic and electrical/electronics.
• Experience in high-volume automotive manufacturing.
• Familiar with Keyence equipment for troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Identify causes of unexpected machine breakdowns.
• Repair machines quickly and efficiently.
• Perform preventive maintenance and service on machines.
• Lubricate moving parts and replace worn components.
• Prepare reports documenting work performed.
• Maintain shop areas, inventory, and supplies.
• Assist with new or removed equipment.
• Perform basic building and ground duties.
