Job summary

Waters is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for its 3rd shift (10pm–6:30am) at the Hunt Valley, MD site. The role encompasses setup, operation, routine and preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of highly complex automated manufacturing equipment, with emphasis on GMP-compliant documentation and safe operation.

You will support root-cause analysis, coordinate with contractors, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in a regulated life-sciences production environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2 years relevant experience required.
• Relevant Fields include Electrical / Electronics Technician and related trades.
• Certificate in relevant field will be considered with no experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine set up, operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of automated manufacturing equipment.
• Controls and adjusts machine settings; documents quality, safety and maintenance activities.
• Prioritizes daily work to meet production goals and coordinates with contractors when needed.
• Supports root-cause analysis for process or product exceptions and participates in GMP practices.
