Job summary
Waters is seeking a skilled maintenance professional to perform routine setup, operation, and preventive maintenance on highly complex automated manufacturing equipment. You will monitor production lines, document maintenance activities, and collaborate with engineering, quality and production teams to drive continuous improvement.
The role requires strong mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills, experience reading schematics, and proficiency with MS Excel/Word.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED with 2 years relevant experience
- Able to read electrical and pneumatic schematics
- Strong mechanical, pneumatic and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with MS Excel and MS Word
- Desire to work in GMP environments and document accurately
Responsibilities
- Perform routine setup, operation, maintenance and repairs of automated equipment
- Monitor production lines and manage quality, downtime and waste levels
- Plan daily work assignments to meet production goals
- Assist with installation, debugging and start-up of new equipment
- Document all quality, safety and maintenance activities
- Work on 3rd shift: 9:45pm–6:15am
