Job summary

NOVO Health Services is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Tech Assistant for our Ravenna, OH healthcare facility. You will support 3rd shift operations, performing repairs, adjustments and preventative maintenance on laundry and boiler room equipment under supervision.

Ideal candidates will have mechanical aptitude, ability to read blueprints, and basic math skills. Valid driver's license and willingness to work nights are required; we offer a competitive hourly rate and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Visualize blueprints and shop drawings
• Math, reading and writing skills
• Electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, steam, hydraulics and welding skills

Responsibilities

• Assist in repairs, adjustments, overhauls, and preventative maintenance on laundry and boiler room equipment
• Assist maintenance techs to repair, modify or make parts for mechanical equipment
• Analyze blueprints, shop drawings and solve related math problems
