Job summary

Eaton’s EPG CHD EP Americas division seeks a Maintenance Team Lead – 3rd Shift at its Amarillo, TX facility. The role focuses on installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of plant equipment and systems.

Lead maintenance personnel, manage logs and documentation, and ensure safety compliance while coordinating with Operations Leaders and Operators for priority work. This position offers shift-specific pay progression and a 3rd shift differential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• No relocation benefit; Amarillo, TX area within 50 miles focus.

Responsibilities

• Install equipment and machinery.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on plant equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment.
• Maintain maintenance logs and documentation.
• Assign work duties and provide technical support for maintenance staff.
• Communicate equipment and plant status to leaders and operators.
• Support safety programs and MESH Prism work order closures.
