Eaton is seeking a 3rd Shift Maintenance Team Lead for the Amarillo, TX facility. The role focuses on installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing plant equipment and systems to keep operations running smoothly.

You will lead maintenance staff, ensure proper safety practices, and maintain logs and documentation. PLC and HMI familiarity plus strong mechanical/electrical knowledge are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.
• 3 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• No relocation benefit is being offered; within 50 miles of Amarillo, TX will be considered.

• Install equipment and machinery.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on plant equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment.
• Maintain maintenance logs and documentation.
• Assign work duties and provide technical support for maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with Operations Leaders and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Coach maintenance team members for performance and attendance.
• Maintain safety requirements and compliance.
