Job summary

The Judge Group is recruiting a Maintenance Supervisor for a Valdosta, GA facility on a Tuesday–Saturday night shift. You will oversee a team of technicians, drive a preventative maintenance program, and lead rapid repairs to minimize downtime while ensuring OSHA-compliant safety practices.

Key responsibilities include supervising daily work orders, utilizing CMMS to track labor and inventory, and providing technical leadership during electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical failures.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of industrial maintenance in a manufacturing facility.
• At least 1–2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of 480V/3-phase electrical systems and mechanical components.
• Experience with CMMS platforms (Fiix/UpKeep/SAP) for work orders and inventory.
• OSHA guidelines knowledge; OSHA 10/30 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance technicians: scheduling, assigning, and inspecting daily work orders.
• Lead Preventative Maintenance program and reduce downtime using a CMMS.
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment.
• Enforce safety standards including LOTO, arc flash, PPE, and OSHA compliance.
• Track labor, parts, and equipment metrics via CMMS; monitor inventories.
• Maintain plant utilities such as HVAC, compressed air, and power systems.
