Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our 2nd shift in Andover, MA. This role ensures safe, efficient operation of facility equipment, systems, and infrastructure through preventive maintenance and timely repairs.

You will diagnose issues across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems, maintain records, and coordinate with contractors. Onsite work and strong safety focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in facility, industrial, manufacturing, or equipment maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, schematics.
• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to workplace safety and accurate record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and facility systems.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment malfunctions and controls.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies to minimize downtime.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, repairs, inspections, and parts usage.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Assist with installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment.
