Job summary

Dauch Corporation is seeking a 3rd Machine Line Team Lead to assist the Machine Line Supervisor and Machining Operations Manager in developing and sustaining a high-performing team. You will coach the machine line, assess requirements, plan materials, and ensure safe operations with quality and productivity meeting customer expectations.

Responsibilities include enforcing SOPs, training staff, optimizing changeovers, and driving continuous improvements across lines and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversees safety, productivity, quality and housekeeping.
• Ensures standard operating procedures and work instructions are followed.
• Manages training and rotation of machine line specialists.
• Develops action plans to increase productivity and reduce scrap.
• Maintains staffing levels and orchestrates line changeovers.
• Monitors and reports productivity, scrap, and quality metrics.
• Communicates across lines, shifts, and with maintenance.
• Implements corrective actions and safety procedures.
