• Maintains safe, secure, and healthy maintenance environment by adhering to standards and policies and addressing issues promptly.
• Supervises maintenance staff including hiring orientation training assignment scheduling coaching and performance feedback.
• Accomplishes maintenance requirements by orienting assigning and coaching employees.
• Meets maintenance standards by following productivity and quality standards and resolving problems.
• Works with cross functional teams to meet cost standards by implementing cost-saving actions.
• Plans shift operations by receiving reports from previous shift allocating resources and fulfilling the operational plan.
• Completes shift operations by monitoring services reallocating resources and solving problems.
• Documents maintenance services by completing forms reports logs and records accurately.
• Contributes to maintenance and organizational success by handling new requests and assisting others to achieve results.
• All other duties as assigned.

Job Description Summary

Dauch is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our 3rd Shift team at our manufacturing facility in Three Rivers, MI! The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for supervising employees in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical and mechanical equipment and machinery used in company operations. This position oversees the work of maintenance and maintenance support staff, communicates expectations, and provides direction, training, and performance feedback. The Maintenance Supervisor also coordinates the maintenance of production equipment and oversees technical process control and quality process control to support safe, efficient, and reliable plant operations.

Job Description

• Maintains safe, secure, and healthy maintenance environment by adhering to organization standards and policies, and to legal regulations; immediately addressing issues and alerting others regarding potential concerns.
• Supervises maintenance employee outcomes by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining associates. Communicates job expectations, planning, monitoring, and appraising job contributions, and recommends compensation actions, adhering to defined policies and procedures.
• Accomplishes maintenance requirements by orienting, assigning, and coaching employees.
• Meets maintenance standards by following productivity and quality standards; resolving problems.
• Works with a cross functional team to meet cost standards by implementing cost-saving actions.
