The role requires 5+ years of supervisory maintenance in dairy/food & beverage, strong mechanical/electrical skills, and a focus on safety and efficiency. Salary reflects experience; bonus potential is included.

Formación

• 5+ years of progressive maintenance experience with supervisory responsibility in a dairy or food & beverage manufacturing facility.
• Strong mechanical aptitude; understanding of 480V electrical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and utility systems (boilers, CIP).
• PLC troubleshooting is a plus.
• Exceptional problem-solving and root-cause analysis; strong communication skills to coordinate across shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Preventative & Predictive Maintenance: Plan, execute, and validate PM schedules to ensure continuous, reliable operation of processing, pasteurization, and packaging lines.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and schedule maintenance technicians; assign daily tasks and conduct performance reviews.
• Compliance & Food Safety: Enforce FDA, USDA, OSHA, and company guidelines; ensure repairs meet sanitary design and food safety standards.
• Downtime Management & Troubleshooting: Respond to equipment breakdowns; diagnose root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Inventory & Budget Management: Monitor MRO spare parts inventory and track expenditures.
