Job summary

RR Donnelley is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic 3 for Monroe, WI on 3rd shift (11:00pm–7:00am). This role ensures continuous, safe operation of forms and labels machinery.

You will install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain high-speed production equipment, collaborate to implement PM programs, and uphold safety standards across the line while meeting production schedules. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of hands-on experience and strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in printing/packaging or similar high-speed manufacturing environment.
• Diagnose and repair three-phase electrical systems (up to 480V), mechanical drive systems, and pneumatic/hydraulic controls.
• Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals; ensure safety per OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain forms and labels machinery to meet production schedules.
• Collaborate to create and implement preventive maintenance (PM) programs.
• Perform scheduled PM on production equipment and site systems; respond to urgent repairs as needed.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and orderly work areas; follow Lockout/Tagout procedures.
