Job summary

Unique Industries, Inc. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Lead for the Blairs Distribution Center (3rd shift). You will support the Maintenance Manager in equipment repair, new installations, and building upkeep within a fast-paced distribution setting.

Key requirements include 5–7 years in distribution/manufacturing, PLC/Conveyor knowledge, and leadership experience. Valid driver’s license and OSHA familiarity are needed. Competitive pay, benefits, and a strong team culture await.

Qualifications

Electrical and mechanical skills to maintain warehouse systems.
Lead shift maintenance and supervise team members.
Knowledge of OSHA/VOSHA and safety standards.
Experience in distribution/manufacturing environments preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead maintenance functions during assigned shifts for Blairs VA facilities.
Supervise and motivate maintenance associates on safety, quality, productivity.
Troubleshoot using 5 Why, Root Cause Analysis, and Formal Failure Analysis.
Develop and revise SOPs to improve quality and efficiency.
Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues and ensure process integrity.
Supervise workforce daily, provide direction, set deadlines, and solve problems.
