Job summary

A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available and opportunities to advance through skill levels exist. The role involves cross-functional work to maintain equipment, ensure safety, and minimize downtime in a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of mechanic work experience or completion of an industrial maintenance training program.
• Basic computer skills for logging information and CMMS usage.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for long hours.
• Read and understand blueprints, manuals and work orders.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance support with moderate supervision to ensure the safe and effective operation of equipment and team.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance repairs on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic plant equipment.
• Conduct emergency mechanical or electrical repairs as needed.
• Troubleshoot issues related to mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment.
• Safely apply knowledge and troubleshooting skills to all assigned production equipment.
• Interact with plant personnel to accomplish goals and minimize downtime.
