Link Snacks in Underwood, IA is seeking a hands-on Machine Operator to safely and efficiently run high-speed lines on the 3rd shift (Friday–Sunday, 5:30am–6:00pm). You’ll monitor tote dumpers, Sealed Air baggers, conveyors, check weighers and packaging equipment, and rotate with the crew to keep production on track.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 6 months related experience.
• Understanding machine operation, mechanical devices and PLC controlled equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-speed lines and ensure safety devices are functioning.
• Follow startup/shutdown checklists and report changes to lead or supervisor.
• Rotate on the line with the team and maintain optimal line performance.
• Troubleshoot equipment and involve automation technicians when needed.
