Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate microwave bag filling machines and wrappers safely and efficiently.
• Set and adjust corn and oil weights for products being produced.
• Set up and monitor check weighers to ensure weight accuracy.
• Perform quality checks every 20 minutes on packaging, seals, and prints; identify rejects.
• Load microwave bags into machines as needed and document lot codes.
• Maintain alignment with production schedules and adjust hours to meet demand.
• Identify and report equipment or product issues promptly.
