Job summary

Link Snacks is seeking a Material Handler to supply product to production lines, ensuring timely and accurate material flow in a fast-paced plant setting. The role requires operation of forklifts and pallet jacks, strict adherence to safety standards, and close collaboration with the production team.

The position emphasizes teamwork, accurate record-keeping, and adherence to good manufacturing practices, with a strong focus on efficiency and quality across shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience using Forklifts, Pallet Jacks or other equipment to move product.
• Experience in a Manufacturing environment beneficial.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must work effectively with all levels of management and employees.

Responsibilities

• Move product to and from production lines to keep machines running.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks and other equipment to move items.
• Follow all safety procedures and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of product movement.
• Complete production paperwork accurately and on time.
• Adhere to GMP and maintain clean, safe work areas.
• Support team through flexibility and collaboration with supervisors and teammates.
