Job summary

Alfa Laval is hiring a production assembler in the United States to conduct assembly and value-adding steps, monitor quality, and secure daily production records. You will follow ALPS standards and participate in continuous improvements.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED with relevant experience, 2–3 years in manufacturing, reading drawings/blueprints, intermediate computer skills, and strong interpersonal and leadership abilities. Crane/forklift certs are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with relevant experience.
• Crane or forklift certifications are a plus.
• 2-3 years in manufacturing with machines, equipment, fixtures, and measuring tools.
• Able to read drawings, blueprints, and manufacturing orders.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, leadership, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts and perform value-adding steps.
• Monitor output quality and identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products.
• Secure accurate daily production records.
• Execute production work per ALPS standards and participate in improvements.
