Job summary

Alfa Laval in the United States is seeking an experienced assembler for gasket plate heat exchangers. You will assemble components, follow blueprints, use hand and power tools, and perform quality checks in a 3rd shift (10pm–6:30am).

You will document processes, maintain a clean workspace, participate in 5S routines, and cross-train across manufacturing processes to add value and drive continuous improvement under ALPS.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
• Strong manual dexterity and steady hand for assembly tasks.
• Ability to follow SOPs and document processes accurately.

Responsibilities

• Assemble gasket plate heat exchanger components per SOPs and blueprints.
• Operate hand and power tools; maintain clean, organized work area.
• Document processes and quality checks according to company standards.
• Report deviations to supervisor and participate in problem-solving.
• Support 5S and continuous improvement initiatives within ALPS.
