Job summary

Life Fitness / Hammer Strength in Owatonna, MN is seeking a Machine Operator for our 3rd shift. You will set up and operate a variety of production equipment to manufacture components for premium fitness equipment.

The role includes a 4-day workweek (Mon-Thu, 7:30 PM–6:00 AM), 3rd shift differential and opportunities for overtime. Benefits include a comprehensive total rewards package and on-site fitness access.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required and technical training preferred.
• Hands-on mechanical testing and measurement experience valued.
• Familiarity with basic shop tools and inspection equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform simple setups and operate equipment such as manual punch press, shears, saws, drill press, timesaver, wash, and tumbler
• Inspect parts to verify mechanical tolerances and engineering specifications
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and keep a clean work area
• Complete required documentation
• Perform other duties as assigned
