Job summary

Life Fitness / Hammer Strength in Owatonna, MN is seeking a Powder Coating Operator on the 1st shift to prepare, coat, and inspect parts, helping deliver the quality our customers expect.

You’ll work four consecutive days, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with overtime opportunities and access to our on-site fitness center; eligibility for the Production Bonus Plan and a comprehensive benefits package are available.

Qualifications

• Ability to use power tools.
• Strong eye for detail.
• Commitment to working safely.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow safety procedures, work instructions, and production documentation in English.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to prepare parts for powder coating.
• Perform masking, loading, unloading, buffing, and weld-spatter removal.
• Inspect painted parts for quality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
