Life Fitness in Owatonna, MN is hiring a Machine Operator for the 3rd shift. You will set up and operate a variety of production equipment to manufacture components for premium fitness equipment.

This role offers a 4‑day workweek (Mon–Thu, 7:30 PM–6:00 AM) with an additional $2.00/hour 3rd shift differential, overtime opportunities, and a robust total rewards package including 401(k) with match and comprehensive health benefits.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and comfort with hands‑on work.
• Ability to read measurements and follow safety procedures.
• Experience with standard metalworking tools and hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate equipment such as punch press, shears, saws, drill press, timesaver, wash, and tumbler.
• Inspect parts for tolerances and specifications.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and keep work area clean.
