Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a 3rd shift Customer Logistics Supervisor (Transportation) in Normal, IL. You will lead a shift of shuttle drivers, plan and review logistics processes with the Logistics Manager, and ensure safety, efficiency, and high customer service standards.

The role requires strong supervision, coaching, and collaboration across teams, with a focus on continuous improvement and performance metrics. Salary is $70,000–$80,000 plus benefits and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum 0-1 year supervisory/leadership experience.
• Experience in transportation, warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
• HS Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and oversee day to day logistics operations.
• Plan and review logistics processes with the Logistics Manager to meet company standards and customer service specs.
• Establish work schedules and procedures, coordinate activities of workers for optimal shift performance.
• Be accountable for site KPI and collaborate with customers in all operational aspects.
• Conduct regular team meetings and provide coaching, performance feedback and recognition.
• Drive continuous improvement, safety initiatives and adherence to policies.
