Golden State Foods is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 3rd shift to oversee liquid products operations and drive quality and customer satisfaction. You will manage staff, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and implement daily management systems to ensure targets are met.

The ideal candidate leads up to 50 hourly employees, promotes safe and compliant production, and drives continuous improvement initiatives across the line.

Competenze

• 2 years of supervisory experience in a food-manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of food safety concepts and budgeting.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.

Mansioni

• Supervises the daily activities of assigned staff, providing instructions and feedback to ensure productivity and quality objectives are met.
• Identifies and resolves process and equipment problems to maintain productivity and quality.
• Drives continuous improvement and plans for upcoming equipment or process changes.
• Owns the incident elimination, CIL management, and defect handling processes on the line.
• Drives effective operational reviews and ensures safety and quality adherence.
