Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing people in a manufacturing environment
• Preferred 1+ years of injection molding experience
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal/communication skills
• Ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with JDE system is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead shift team members and align with core values and strategic vision
• Coordinate and schedule work, engaging staffing agencies as needed
• Monitor safety, 5S, food safety requirements, and production targets
• Identify root causes of variances and collaborate with technical teams for resolution
