Job summary

Koch Foods in Chattanooga, TN is hiring for 2nd shift maintenance technician to join a team ensuring production equipment runs smoothly.

You will perform preventative and predictive maintenance, diagnose issues, replace parts, and document work while maintaining a clean shop and following lock-out/tag-out and regulatory requirements.

This role requires hands-on repair experience with manufacturing equipment and conveyors and offers an opportunity to contribute to safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing equipment repair experience is required.
• Ability to replace basic component parts on equipment.
• Mechanical diagnostics and repair experience.
• Knowledge of wire belt and plastic conveyor repairs, and sprocket alignment and installation.

Responsibilities

• Work with a team to ensure equipment is operational.
• Perform daily preventative and predictive maintenance on equipment.
• Record and document maintenance performed.
• Maintain cleanliness of maintenance shop.
• Follow proper lock-out/tag-out procedures.
• Assist to ensure adherence to all company, state and federal regulations.
• All other relevant duties to the job.
