Job summary

Genesis Manufacturing & Distribution in Bucks County, PA seeks a 3rd Shift Lead (Mon-Fri 10:53pm-7:30am) to supervise production, ensure inventory sufficiency, and cover machines during breaks. You will train staff, perform QA checks, and collaborate with the Supervisor on priorities to keep production running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have injection molding experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to lift 50 lbs while standing for long periods in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (required)
• Injection Molding experience strongly preferred
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Teamwork and collaboration
• Self-motivated and detail oriented
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Ability to stand for long periods

Responsibilities

• Conduct Quality Assurance checks and ensure standards and test procedures are met
• Communicate effectively to participate in continuous improvement and problem solving
• Perform cleaning and general maintenance tasks
• Cover Injection Molding machines for lunch breaks
• Perform material control processes such as cycle counting, lot tracking and other inventory needs
• Manage floor inventory, taking direction from the supervisor on parts being run
• Train new or newly assigned employees on their job duties, responsibilities and machine instruction
• Enforce machine assignments as assigned by the Supervisor
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Good written and verbal skills
