Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking an Injection Mold Supervisor to lead a small production cell and oversee three machine operators. You will start machines, monitor quality, coach the team, and ensure safety and timely output on the 2 PM–10:30 PM shift.

This hands-on leadership role requires forklift operation, material handling, and basic troubleshooting of injection molding processes. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for process improvement.

Qualifications

• Valid forklift operator license or willingness to obtain forklift certification upon hire.
• Basic to solid knowledge of injection molding machines, auxiliary equipment, and plastic processing fundamentals.
• Demonstrable capacity for disciplinary leadership, team accountability, and conflict resolution.
• High degree of self-reflection and emotional intelligence; receptive to feedback and proactive in personal development.
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct operational and disciplinary leadership for three machine operators.
• Start up injection molding machines and monitor production targets with focus on quality and safety.
• Safely operate a forklift and manage material flow to ensure continuous production.
