Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university preferred.
• 2–5 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift production and support group activities to produce high-quality aluminum die castings following procedures and work instructions.
• Assume Manufacturing Manager responsibilities as required in a highly participatory environment.
• Supervise production department employees; evaluate performance and administer disciplinary action.
• Directly supervise Die Cast and Machining Department staff; ensure safety and adherence to policies.
• Lead and train employees; plan, assign, and coordinate work; manage overtime and production reporting.
• Monitor machines, scrap, downtime, and process compliance; address issues with operators.
