Job summary

Hickman Label, an ID Images Brand Company, in Lebanon, TN, is seeking a Press Operator to operate Flexographic printing equipment and fulfill customer specifications. You will read and follow production orders, set up presses, and ensure quality while maintaining a safe, clean work area.

The role requires machining aptitude, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, attention to detail, and basic math skills. Training is provided with growth opportunities in a climate-controlled facility.

Qualifications

• Machining or related work experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for shift.
• Must be mechanically inclined and able to learn new tasks.
• Attention to detail and accuracy essential.
• Good basic math and measurement skills.
• Reliable and dependable performance.

Responsibilities

• Operate press and run print jobs.
• Set up press to run print job.
• Read, understand and follow production work orders.
• Utilize daily dispatch prioritizing production order due dates.
• Produce label product meeting quality standards.
• Maintain equipment and identify raw materials and tooling.
• Report production numbers daily.
• Conduct quality checks of finished product.
• Troubleshoot production errors using root cause analysis.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
