Job summary

Siemens | Grand Prairie, TX (3rd Shift) is seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide daily on-site IT support for manufacturing operations. You will diagnose hardware and software issues, maintain device uptime, and ensure IT processes are well-documented.

Training and compliance with cybersecurity guidelines are part of the role. Requirements include hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, TCP/IP knowledge, and proficiency with MS Office; preferred are AD, printers, and relevant

Responsibilities

+ Provide daily on-site IT support to ensure devices are operational and up-to-date.
+ Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues to minimize downtime.
+ Serve as frontline IT contact for manufacturing site employees.
+ Maintain documentation of IT processes and incidents.
+ Maintain inventory of IT hardware and arrange replacements as needed.
+ Stay updated with Siemens IT and cybersecurity guidelines and train employees.
