Job summary

Avancez Assembly is seeking a third shift on-site IT Specialist to maintain and improve the facility's technical systems, ensuring team members have the technology they need and that company files stay secure. You will provide hardware and software support, assist with system upgrades and security, manage LAN/WAN and wireless networks, train end users, and document processes.

A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of related IT experience are required, with bar-code scanning and printing experience a

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent specialized training.
• 3+ years of IT support experience; help desk experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of hardware, programming, application support and operations; barcode scanning/printing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for customized production-related applications.
• Serve as primary contact for hardware and software questions.
• Support scanning and printing activities for all Team Members.
• Assist with system upgrades and security integrity.
• Maintain and troubleshoot LAN/WAN and wireless infrastructure.
• Proactively monitor systems, identify problems, escalate, and resolve.
• Document processes and workflows.
• Coordinate hardware, OS, and software setup.
• Train end users on hardware and software applications.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
