Job summary

Stratas Foods is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to coordinate flow, handling, and storage of raw materials, finished goods and labels in our Decatur facility. The role emphasizes accurate inventory and maintaining equipment to optimal levels.

This full-time position requires attention to safety and logistics, with a 3rd shift schedule and potential overtime. Responsibilities include monitoring GMP compliance, inbound/outbound loads, accurate paperwork, on-time loading, and inventory adjustments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant warehouse experience.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook, and inventory management systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor safety, food safety, environmental, GMP rules and policies.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound plant loads.
• Complete all related paperwork and reports accurately.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled and loaded on trucks promptly.
• Communicate with warehouse staff and supervisors about daily needs.
• Enter inventory adjustments, perform root-cause analysis and actions.
• Manage inventory to reduce aged stock and minimize storage.
