Job summary

Stratas Foods is seeking a skilled Material Handler/Forklift Operator for our Nashville warehouse. This role involves operating a sit-down forklift on a 3rd shift (11:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.), with training on 1st or 2nd shift and attendance at new hire orientation within the first three days on 1st shift.

Responsibilities include RF scanning, pallet building, loading/unloading, and maintaining accurate inventory while following GMP and safety protocols. Overtime and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years forklift operator experience.
• Experience with RF scanners and warehouse systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate sit-down forklift to move products and materials throughout the facility.
• Use RF scanners to scan, put away, receive, pick and ship inventory accurately.
• Load/unload trailers, stage materials, and transport goods within the warehouse.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report safety or maintenance issues.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and follow GMP and safety protocols.
