Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate the 12-hour shift on injection molding lines.
• Enforce plant safety rules and union policies.
• Collaborate with materials and Quality to meet delivery and quality targets.
• Perform start-up/shut-down procedures and hourly quality checks.
• Report production, scrap and labor in SAP.
• Adhere to the production schedule and run rates.
• Train and motivate shop floor personnel.
• Support digital process improvements and testing for new projects.
• Create incident tickets for technical issues and update documentation.
