Qualifications

• Associate degree with specialization in Production required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in an industrial manufacturing environment required.
• Automotive manufacturing experience preferred.
• Prior experience in injection molding manufacturing strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead QCD performance for autonomous production groups and drive targets.
• Establish production targets, monitor results, and adjust resources.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Lead problem-solving activities and lean manufacturing workshops.
• Manage daily personnel and performance within production teams.
• Ensure staffing levels and standardized work methods.
• Maintain on-floor presence to support employees and resolve issues.
• Support development through onboarding, training, coaching, and evaluations.
