Responsibilities

• Maintain a presence on the shop floor at least 90% of the time.
• Ensure plant safety rules are enforced.
• Ensure union contract and policies are enforced.
• Work with materials and Quality to ensure delivery and quality requirements are achieved.
• Meet assigned financial goals and budgets.
• Effectively manage shop floor and manufacturing operations.
• Train, develop, and motivate shop floor personnel.
