McDonald Plastic Molding in Monroe, WI is hiring a 2nd and 3rd shift Production Setup Technician to join our on-site manufacturing team. This role starts up new production runs after mold sets are complete and supports continuous improvement for efficiency, scrap reduction, and product quality.
You will collaborate with tool designers and project engineers to solve issues, document processes for each customer, and perform routine checks at every workstation while following standard procedures
