Qualifications

• Responsible for setting up injection molds for production and monitoring production to maintain quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Completes start up of molding process and provides first article to quality for approval.
• Programs robots and performs calibration of color loaders.
• Completes lock out tag out requirements for all equipment related to the molding process.
• Responsible for set up and processing of hydraulic and electric molding machines.
• Maintains quality throughout the molding process to meet all standards.
