PSI Molded Plastics Indiana Inc. is hiring a 3rd Shift Process Technician in Marion, SC. The role focuses on setting up, monitoring, and optimizing plastic injection molding processes to ensure safe, efficient production of quality parts.

The successful candidate will troubleshoot defects, minimize downtime, and maintain thorough process documentation while adhering to ISO 9001 and IATF 16949:2016 standards. A high school diploma or GED and 2–3 years of related experience are preferred.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years of plastic injection molding experience preferred.
• Knowledge of injection molding machines, molds, materials, and processing parameters.
• Ability to read setup sheets and work instructions.
• Willingness to work overtime or alternate shifts as required.

Responsabilidades

• Set up, monitor, and optimize injection molding processes.
• Troubleshoot defects and improve process parameters to reduce scrap and cycle times.
• Ensure products meet customer specifications and quality procedures.
• Maintain process documentation and comply with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards.
• Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams to resolve issues.
