Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance and diagnostic testing.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and P&IDs.
• Good problem-solving and safety compliance.
• Ability to mentor junior mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventative maintenance per PM procedures.
• Inspects, lubricates, cleans parts, replaces components, calibrates sensors.
• Runs diagnostic tests to assess condition and performance.
• Develops repair lists and prioritizes short/long-term fixes.
• Troubleshoots issues and diagnoses complex mechanical problems.
• Determines parts and tools needed for advanced repairs and overhauls.
• Documents maintenance and repair activities; records parts used and work performed.
• Mentors junior mechanics and shares best practices.
• Maintains inventory and stock levels; processes orders.
