• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventative maintenance in accordance with procedures.
• Visual inspections, check fluid levels, lubricate, adjust and replace parts.
• Diagnose machinery issues and assess performance.
• Develop repair lists and plan short- and long-term repairs.
• Mentor junior mechanics and share best practices.
• Document repairs and parts used; maintain work records.
