Position: Industrial Maintenance Technician (2nd Shift)

Location: East Bridgewater, MA

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10:30 pm - 7:00 am

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician responsible for building and facility maintenance. This full-time role requires minimal supervision and coverage for 2nd shift maintenance and repairs. Candidates should have at least five years of industrial maintenance experience, with knowledge of plumbing, electrical wiring, heating, and cooling systems.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot & Repair: Fix machinery and facility issues.
• Preventative Maintenance: Maintain equipment to prevent breakdowns.
• Safety: Follow all safety guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
• Maintain, diagnose, and repair vacuum coating equipment, spray coating equipment, and process ovens.

Ideal Candidate:

• Has experience with mechanical and electrical maintenance (bonus for PLC, HVAC, or plumbing skills).
• Is detail-oriented and a natural problem solver.
• Possesses excellent communication skills.
• Can work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Repair and fabrication of tooling fixtures.
• Implement custom equipment for manufacturing, collaborating with vendors and support teams.
• Resolve production downtime issues.
• Specify and identify new equipment and systems.
• Evaluate process equipment for continuous improvement.
• Support grounds maintenance activities.
• Establish positive working relationships with production staff and supervisors.
• Communicate effectively regarding work orders and project updates.

Minimum Requirements:

• 5+ years of maintenance or mechanic experience.
• Ability to follow work instructions and procedures.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Experience with Maintenance CMMS Programs.
• Osha Safety Training/Instruction.
• Experience with TPM and/or PM administration.
