Packaging Corporation of America is looking for a 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician to work at our Mason, MI plant. The role involves diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
This position requires at least 2 years of experience in industrial machinery repair and offers competitive pay ranging from $25.00 to $38.00 per hour. Benefits include paid training, health coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid vacation.

Pay Range: $25.00 – $38.00 per hour based on mechanical and electrical skills and experience.

PCA provides paid training to help technicians advance through the skill levels and achieve higher pay.
Technicians supply their own basic hand tools. PCA provides a tool stipend (or replacement) to help technicians maintain basic hand tools. PCA provides all special and heavy tools.
PCA provides safety shoes and safety glasses stipends.
PCA provides uniforms for maintenance technicians.
This position is based at the PCA Mason Plant located in Mason, MI.
This position will perform a variety of maintenance tasks including diagnosing, repairing, rebuilding, or replacing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on plant equipment.
Technicians work as part of a team to safely perform preventive maintenance activities as well as answer breakdown calls in a production environment.
All maintenance technician positions are multicraft and training is provided to develop these skills.
