The position requires significant trade experience or a Journeyman Certificate, with strong electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic knowledge; overtime and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in a relevant trade field or Journeyman Trade Certificate with experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to interpret schematics, manuals and blueprints.
• Ability to provide training, mentorship, and guidance to apprentices.
• Willingness and ability to work overtime and weekends as needed to support production.
